Gal Gadot, who plays the iconic superhero Wonder Woman in the movie Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, has posed for a sultry photoshoot for Interview magazine. The Israeli actress stripped down to her lingerie and showcased her alluring powers in the racy photographs. Gal is set to star alongside big Hollywood names like Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, but her steamy photos prove that she can definitely hold her own. The actress, who rose to fame for portraying Gisele in the Fast and Furious films, has been open about her desire to play strong female characters in Hollywood. Aside from her acting career, she also has a three-year-old daughter named Alma.
When she first met her agents in Los Angeles, she expressed her desire to portray strong women in her roles. She was not interested in taking typical Hollywood roles where women are portrayed as damsels in distress waiting for men to save them. She wanted to break the stereotype and show the world the other side of women.
The talented actress, who recently appeared on the cover of Interview Magazine, shared her journey to stardom. Although she once had no interest in acting, everything changed when she auditioned for a role in a James Bond movie. She reveals that her agent informed her about the audition and said they were looking for the perfect girl. To her surprise, she landed the iconic role of Wonder Woman shortly after. She wanted to break away from the norm and do something different, and fate seemed to have had other plans for her.
Gal was hesitant to attend the audition initially, stating that she wasn’t an actress and that everything was in English. However, after being convinced to take part, she discovered her love for acting.
While going through the audition process, Gal came to the realization that acting requires a lot of effort and is much more exciting than pursuing a career in law. Despite not getting the part she initially auditioned for, Gal expressed her interest in future opportunities to her agent. A month later, she was offered the lead role in an Israeli TV series, followed by a casting for Fast Furious two months after that, which ultimately led to her success as an actress.
